The companyIMEL Poland designs, manufactures and sells transformers and reactors for specific application, especially in the UPS field with different technical solutions (transformers with built in reactors, special arrangements etc...). The company started in 2005 by having an important background in this field; since this date our technologies are going to further development following the introduction of new manufacturing techniques, new materials and technical solutions. The use of 2D and 3D CAD programs and software together with a laboratory suitable for special tests and R&D purposes helps us to increase day by day our quality level. PRODUCTION STAGESOur production is using documents that are clearly identified by their own ID code including updated modification index. An appropriate document contains the delivery date to each customer for every product , all highlighted by a manufacturing plan number. Each production step is followed up by an accurate quality control that starts with the semi-finished products (intermediate control) and stops at the delivery of the final product (final test). OUR PRODUCTSIMEL Poland products can be classified into several categories: natural or forced air cooling with any type of conductors (aluminium or copper sheet round/square shaped or wires of litze-transposed conductors). These products are all tailor-made but IMEL Poland has also developed an internal standard. Our components can be single or three-phase and are classified according to the internal coding. Our components are designed according to IEC standards and UL certification (IMEL has a registered indentification nuber) but we comply to, on demand, NF, VDE, BS, UNI, CEI, DIN, NEMA and many others. IMEL has designed and manufactured components from few kVA up to 500 kVA.
